You will find all the beds ready to be used with sheets sterilized at 90°
Towels are placed in the rooms upon your arrival.
Sheets and blankets are always cleaned for each guest and are sanitized by washing in the laundry.
You will find clean tablecloths and tea towels, including supplies and cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.
Refrigerator, turned off and clean, ready for you to turn it on. Cleaning products included and dishwasher tabs.
Washing machine inside the rented apartment and dryer inside the structure. Iron and ironing board inside the apartment.
The front garden
The 140 m2 front garden also has a parking space for a car and a bicycle rack. In the garden there are planted a magnolia grandiflora and a large cedar of Lebanon. There is a small terrace where you can eat al fresco during the summer.
The rear garden
The rear garden of the ground floor rental apartment is truly a plus, 350 m2 of greenery at your disposal. Bright and positioned to the south west, it is irradiated by the sun throughout the day. It has a well and a whole series of plants.
The barbecues
Next to the brick well there is a barbecue and a water fountain. The barbecue is available for excellent grilling. You can also count on a portable steel barbecue from Romagna, which sometimes becomes much more convenient to use.
Conditions
The cost of the apartment includes all expenses, and all consumption of electricity, water, gas and cleaning costs at the end of the stay.
The rental apartment comes clean and disinfected. The beds will be made up with washed and ironed sheets.
There is a damage deposit of €500 per stay, which will be returned within 7 working days after your stay.
Terms
The reservation can be canceled within the terms established by the type of reservation you choose.
There are 4 different types of cancellation periods.
- Free before 30 days of check-in (penalty of 50% of the rental amount in case of cancellation within 30 days)
- Free before 14 days from check-in (penalty of 50% of the rental amount in case of cancellation within 14 days)
- Free before 1 day of check-in (penalty of 50% of the rental amount in case of cancellation within 1 day)
- Non-cancellable (penalty of 100% of the rental amount in case of cancellation)
The cancellation terms depend on what type of contract was stipulated or on which platform the booking was made and with what type of offer.
Check-in and check-out times
The check-in window is from 4:00 p.m. to 00:00 on your day of arrival, while the check-out time is from 00:00 no later than 10:00 A.M.
The apartment is rented after booking on the various portals or on this website and with an A.A.U.T. rental contract.
At check-in all people who will stay at the Gran Sasso apartment in Villa Renata in Riccione must have identification documents and, in the case of minors, be provided with an indemnity signed by their parents, a form provided by the structure.
